Our process for working and communicating with clients before, during and after a project.

Project Overview
SARELIA meets with the potential client to review project parameters. -
Acceptance of Proposal
Client accepts proposal. SARELIA submits a Letter of Engagement, Payment outline and a Request For Materials (RFM) -
Pre-production Meeting
SARELIA meets with the client to establish content structure, function and design parameters and actual content. -
Sign Off on Website Structure
Client signs off on website structure document, website content is now frozen until end of development. -
Presentation of Website Design Prototypes
SARELIA develops one or more design prototypes. Client either accepts design prototypes or suggests changes. If changes are suggested, SARELIA will implement suggestions into design prototype then resubmit the design prototype to client for approval. -
Sign off on Website Design Prototype
Client signs off on design prototype, allowing SARELIA to put the prototype into production buildout. -
Production Buildout Begins
SARELIA begins production buildout based on client approved site structure and client approved design prototype. -
Testing of Completed Buildout
SARELIA and the client test the completed website production buildout. SARELIA and client create punchlists of any known issues. SARELIA addresses known issues and submits project for approval to client. -
Sign-off and Acceptance of Website Design/Development Project
Client accepts and approves project. SARELIA launches the project. Final invoice for remaining payment, stock art, fonts or other services is submitted. -
Post-production Meeting to Assess Any Issues or Maintenance Critieria
SARELIA and client meet to go over any issues, future project stages or maintenance criteria for the website design/development project.
